What to Expect
Our reception area has complimentary WiFi and television but we strive to be on time all the time, so chances are you won’t spend much time there. We’ll complete your basic screening and introduce you to our staff, then review any questions you might have.
After all of your information has been processed, our assistant or hygienist will escort you back to one of our treatment rooms. From there you’ll be seated for an exam or hygiene appointment and we’ll discuss any concerns.
Most new patients will also receive a set of X-rays to aid in a comprehensive diagnostic exam. If you’re due for a cleaning, we’ll book you with our hygienist as well. Most initial visits run a bit longer (about an hour and a half) due to the additional time we spend assessing your teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
Should you require any treatment, one of our patient coordinators will work up a care plan and discuss the process and related fees.
